Happy New Year Bagel Babes!
Honestly one of my favorite things about the New Year is stalking what the Sephora birthday gift will be.
As I’ve pretty much whined about all month – my birthday is the day after Christmas. The bad news is it’s the day after Christmas. Can you tell I’m bitter yet?
But the good news is that I always get the option to snap up next year’s birthday gift at Sephora.
Nailed it.
Last year I snagged the 2016 Sephora birthday gift early and loved it. I became straight up obsessed with the Fresh Soy Face Cleanser purely because it was in that set.
I’ll be super honest. I’m not sure if I love or hate this year’s gifts. One option was a little skincare set – clearly not remarkable enough for me to even remember the brand. Whoops.
The other option was this little Tarte set. I’ve been wanting to try Tarte’s Amazonian clay blushes for next to forever. I totally pounced on the opportunity with this year’s Sephora birthday gift and nabbed the travel size to try out.
The Tarte set also comes with their Creamy Matte Lip Paint in a nude color. I’m not super into lip products (…although I own a ton…), but the blush alone made this my birthday gift of choice.
